RSR 1.2.9 Minor Release Patch

• Fixed custom theme Acts Like Theme bugs
• Fixed cant open file selector bug (spammed everywhere as "cant set music", which isnt helpful)
• Fixed second floor start pos not working in editor
• Added back select cmr in custom theme

• Fixed ground changing after activating fragile (https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1Gb4y1V7Ri/)
• fixed style design menu broken
• added highlighting in style design menu
• fixed some shader and material issues
• slightly optimized animations
• fixed fps drops as level progresses
• Game bundle size fixed, previously included worldshow textures that werent used
• fixed double fragile sound effect on fragile groups

I didn't want to make any more versions, but with how much people complained and how many bugs there actually were, I added this version. We will see if i make a next version depending on how many bugs are in this one
